    From the file menu select the "save for web" option. That might not solve your problem if your file is too big for Myspace to handle. In that case you will have to change the image size. You will see how to do this in the "save for web" window.

    - The one thing that Korean arts suffer from more that most arts are Belt Factories/Academies. I rate Military Tae Kwon Do as an Awesome Art and i also Rate ITF as almost on parr with my own style especially if they allowed Shin kicks, Knee Strikes and elbow strikes and were allowed full contact, but even WTF is considered by OTHER TKD'ists as the Lesser art of the Family it is JUST a Sport, nothing more. Don't see many WTF TKD'ists in the cage!!!

    No, extracurriculars do not need to be school-affiliated. Just have some level of organization in there (like an organized neighborhood league), and you can include it.

    FYI, church and scouting activities are seldom affiliated with schools, but they are valuable as extracurriculars.
